A BLURRED POINT OF LIGHT
Ukraine 2022 – 2024

UKRAINE – FRANCE | 2022 – 2024

On February 24, 2024, two years to the day after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, France Culture presents a program conceived, written and produced with Ukrainian authors, writers, actors, actresses, journalists and sound engineers living under the bombardments, on the frontline or in exile: A blurred point of light – Ukraine 2022-2024.

This program, produced by France Culture’s fiction department and developed with Making Waves, is an extension of various projects our association has been running in Ukraine for over 18 months. With France Culture, we wanted to give artists at war a place on the airwaves of a national channel: to give voice to their texts (some of which were written and sent to us by SMS from the front), their voices (sometimes recorded with a simple mobile phone) and their stories (which capture the way war touches what is most intimate in us).
