NON-FICTION | 6 EPISODES | 2024

Food is political, let’s take the power!

This is the message being chanted by a growing number of advocates of a political and civic approach to food. Food insecurity affects more than 8 million people in France; moving towards more food democracy is a challenge to reduce inequalities, make life more dignified for those who suffer them, and give everyone access to healthy, high-quality food. This six-episode podcast series travels through places, meets people, and gives voice to powerful words that reflect the struggles against food insecurity. The voices of those most affected are put into dialogue with sociologists, social workers, anthropologists, volunteer activists, economists, farmers…
